What Actually Happens In A Body Clearing Session
As a practitioner, I work with several frameworks.
If you live in California, a lot of people assume I do hands on Reiki. It's not that.
Almost every client says the same thing afterward:
"I had no idea what you were doing. It didn't give me a box to put it in."
So here's what a body clearing session actually involves:
Kinesiology, or muscle testing. I test into specific questions so my intuition has accuracy, instead of guessing which question might matter.
Psychological acupuncture. If you hate needles, good news. This is self massage on acupuncture points drawn from Chinese medicine.
Chakras. I use the Hindu chakra system to see where energy is leaking, stuck, or ungrounded.
The Chinese medicine emotions chart, to track which emotions are actually at play.
My psychic abilities. I don't talk about this much, but enough structure lets my intuition read what's really happening for the client.
Light bodywork. Stretching and gentle integration so the client can process the session in the body, not just the mind.
