Body Clearing
60 minutes | In Person | San Diego | $150
Body Clearing is a 60 minute session that works with both the emotional and physical body to release what's been stored beneath the surface.
The first 30 minutes use the emotional clearing methodology based on training at the School of Spiral Awakening: a muscle testing and emotional clearing process to identify the specific emotions held in the body, where they live, and what they're connected to.
The second 30 minutes shift into somatic bodywork integration, allowing the body to physically process and release what was uncovered in the clearing.
This session is for you if:
You've done the inner work but still feel it in your body
You carry tension, pain, or heaviness you can't fully explain
You're ready to clear it at the root, not just manage it on the surface
Spiral certified practitioner. In person sessions in San Diego only.
